The Scientific Committee is foreseen by our statute in article 31

ARTICLE 31
It is possible to establish a Scientific Committee and a Breeders' Committee, which will be able to support the Technical Committee, whose duties and composition will eventually be established by the Board of Directors in a separate implementing regulation of this statute.
